Pursuant to a power of sale contained
in a certain security deed executed by Kurt
L. Miller, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
with the singular including the plural, to

Sale oontained in a Security Deed given
by Fred Solomon and Martha L. Solomon
to Collateral Investment Cbmpany, dated
September 25, 1979, reoorded in Deed
Eook 560, Page 05, Houston County,
Georgia Records, as last transferred to
Federal National Mortgage Association by
assignment & ted October 31, 1979,
reoorded in Deed Book 562, Page 533,
Houston County, Georgia Reoords,
conveying the after-described property to
secure a Note in the original principal
amount of THIRTY S VEN THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED & NO/100 DOLLARS
($37,900.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash before
the oourthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in Deoember, 1994, the
following described property. All that tract
or parcel of l-nd situate, lying and being in
Land L0t220, Fifth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, which is known and

according to a revised plat of survey made
by Waddle Surveying Company, Inc., which

Superior Court. Said plat and the record
thereof are hereby made a part of this
description by reference thereto. The above

by said Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due\ because of, among
other possible events of default, failure to
pay the indebtedness as and when due
and in the manner provided in the Note
and Security Deed. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, as provided in the
Security Deed and by law, including
attorney's fees (notice of intent to oollect
attorney's fees having been given). Said

outstanding ad valorem taxes (including

Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in the above decribed Deed
to Secure Debt (hereinafter the "Security
Deed") executed by the above referenced
Borrower (or Borrower's predecessor in

"Grantor") to and in favor of the above
referenced Lender (or Lender's
predecessor /assignor in title and
hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee"),
the undersigned will sell at public outcry to
