Mann Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mann celebrate 40th anniversary Joseph P. and Shirley H. Mann of Perry celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary November 4, 1994. Their son, Joe arranged the celebration with about 60-80 people from the Middle Georgia area attending. They have one son, his wife, one grandson, and one granddaughter. On Saturday, November 5, the family, friends, and out of town guests met at Memorial Heights Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
