Superior Court. Said plat and the recorded
copy thereof are hereby made a part of mis

with equal width in a westerly direction for

Superior Court Said plat and me recorded
copy thereof are hereby made a part of this
descnption by reference thereto Said lot
fronts in an easterly direction on Elko Road
for a distance of 60 feet and extends back
with equal width in a westerly direction for
a distance of 275 feet. A dwelling house

said lot. The debt secured by said deed to
secure debt has been declared due
because of default in the payments thereon,
and in the due performance of the
covenants therein contained, as well as
failure to make the payments on the
promissory note and deed to secure debt
as above described The debt remaining in
default, mis sale will be made for me
purpose of paying same and all expenses
of the sale, including reasonable attorney's
fees Said property shall be sold as me
property of ROBERT W GILBERT and his
successors in title, subject to outstanding
ad valorem taxes, easements, and as will
otherwise appear on me public records in
Houston County and other restnctions of
record To the best of me undersigned's
knowledge and information, me above

possession of ROBERT W GILBERT.
