Annual Christmas parade to be held Saturday Chamber President Peggie Williams announced this week that General William Hallin will be the Grand Marshall for the 1994 Christmas at the Crossroads Festival parade. The parade will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 at Kellwood Drive. The procession of the so far 59 en trants (groups can enter until the day of the parade) will then meander down Carroll Street and finally around to Main Street.
