KEO K. ZAIGER, Grantee, dated July
28, 1994, recorded in Deed Book 1109,
Page 119, Houston County, Georgia
Records; said Deed to Secure Debt
having been given to secure a note dated
July 28, 1994, in the original principal
amount of $2,000.00, there will be sold

January to the highest and best bidder

All that tract or parcel of land situate,

Georgia, being known and designated
as Lot 23, in the Woodfield Section of
Stathams Landing Subdivision, according
to a plat of survey recorded in Plat Book
33, Page 30, Clerk’s Office, Houston
Superior Court. Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are hereby made
a part of this description by reference

A default in the payments due on said
Note and Deed to Secure Debt has
occurred and Grantee has declared the
entire debt secured by said Deed to
Securs Debt due and payable, notice
has ueen given of intention to enforce
provisions forcollection of attorney’s fees
and foreclosure in accordance with legal
requirements and the terms of the Deed
to Secure Debt and Note. The
indebtedness remaining in default, the

The debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other
possible events of default, non-payment
of the debts secured by said security,
deed. Notice has been given of intention i
to enforce provisions for foreclosure in
accordance with legal requirements and
the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt.
The indebtedness remaining ! in default,
the sale will be made, according to the
terms of said Deed to Secure Debt, for
the purpose of applying proceeds thereof
to the payment of the indebtedness
secured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of the
sale and other sums secured by the Deed
to Secure Debt and the remainder if any
shall be applied as provided by law.
Authority to sell this property and relief
from the automatic stay in Bankruptcy
Case No. 93-51514 is contained in an
order by Robert F. Hershner, Jr., Chief
Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court,
Middle District of Georgia.

property of A. E. BARNES, 111 subject to
outstanding ad valorem taxes and
