By virtue of the Power of Sale contained
in a Deed to Secure Debt from A. E.
BARNES, 111 to EMPIRE FINANCIAL
SERVICES, INC., dated May 22, 1986,
of record in Deed Book 720, Page 470,
records of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Houston county Georgia, there will be
sold by the undersigned at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door at Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in January, 1995, the

The debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other
possible events of default, non-payment
of the debts secured by said security
deed. Notice has been given of intention
to enforce provisions for foreclosure in
accordance with legal requirements and
the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt.
The indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made, according to the
terms of said Deed to Secure Debt, for
the purpose of applying proceeds thereof
to the payment of trie indebtedness
secured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of the
sale and other sums secured by the
Deed to Secure Debt and the remainder
if any shall be applied as provided by
law
Authority to sell this property and relief
from the automatic stay in Bankruptcy
Case No. 93-51514 is contained in an
order by Robert F. Hershner, Jr., Chief
Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court,
Middle District of Georgia.
Said property will be sold as the
property of A. E. BARNES, 111 subject to
outstanding ad valorem taxes and
easements of record. The undersigned
will execute a deed to the purchaser at
said saie as provided in the Deed to
Secure Deb.
