The debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other
possible events of default, non-payment
of the debts secured by said security
deed. Notice has been given of intention
to enforce provisions for foreclosure in
accordance with legal requirements and
the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt
The indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made, according to the
terms of said Deed to Secure Debt, for
the purpose of applying proceeds thereof
to the payment of the indebtedness
secured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of the
sale and other sums secured by the
Deed to Secure Debt and the remainder
if any shall be applied as provided by
Authority to sell this property and relief
from the automatic stay in Bankruptcy
Case No. 93-51514 is contained in an
order by Robert F. He'rshner, Jr., Chief
Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court,
Middle District of Georgia.
