1994 in the original principal amount of

had declared the entire amount of said

accordance with the terms of said deed
and the note secured thereby; and pursuant

deed to secure debt first set out above.
The debt secured by said deed to secure
debt has been declared due because of
the failure to make the payments on the
promissory note and deed to secure debt
as above described, as well as the failure
in the performance of the
covenants therein contained. The debt

paying same and all expenses of the sale,
