In last week's edition, in the
story on the volunteers working at
Rozar Park, there were several
errors. Chris Hollis was in charge
of providing food for the workers,
not in charge of the workers.

Canine Cleaners has new home

Canine Cleaners' new location is
1207-A Houston Lake Road, Perry,
987-5288.
The business is owned by Gay
Barrett who, along with Kim Kelly
and Dianne Jackson, groom all
dogs.
Barrett has just completed a
workshop in Atlanta on Dog
Grooming. The shop handles
hamsters, mice, guinea pigs and
fish, in addition to dogs.
The new Ideation provides more
building and parking space and easy
accessibility.
The shop is open from 8:30
a.m. 6 p.m., Tuesday through
Saturday.
Barrett invites you to stop by
and see her free beakers puppies
(beagle/cocker mix) which have had
their shots and are wormed.
Canine Cleaners is one of five
sponsors for the Pet Parade at Rozar
Park, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 2.
Applications are available at
Canine Cleaners. Prizes and ribbons
will be presented in each division.
Register at Rozar Park on April 2,
or at Canine Cleaners.

boarding for animals and a free
puppy locating service. The shop
has provided suitable pet
companions for the elderly and
handicapped at no charge. Dr.
Jerome Bloodworth from Perry
Animal Hospital is Canine
Cleaners' veterinarian for any
emergencies that may arise. They
will be working closely this Spring
in the fight against fleas, using the
new "Program" pill for tleas.
The Perry Board of Realtors held their 1994 Awards Banquet on February 23,1995
at the Houston Lake Country Club. After enjoying a good dinner, their guest
speaker was Dale Washburn of Macon. Mr. Washburn then presented the 1994
