Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale
contained in a Security Deed given by
DONALD R. BOLEY AND LENORA J.
BOLEY to COLLATERAL MORTGAGE,
LTD.', an Alabama Limited Partner, dated
October 23,1987, recorded in Deed Book
786, Page 498, Houston County, Georgia
Records, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the original
principal amount of FIFTY TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY
& NO/100 DOLLARS ($52,520.00), with •
interest thereon as set forth therein, there
will be sold at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the courthouse door
of Houston County, Georgia, within the
legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in
April, 1995, the following described

All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 194, of the Fifth
Land District of Houston County, Georgia,
known and designated as Lot 17, Block

Subdivision according to a plat of survey of

Broxton, Surveyor, dated May 6th, 1967, a
copy of said plat being of record in Plat

The debt secured by said Secunty Deed

Inc. dated December 17. 1987, and

Houston County Records, said Security
Deed having been last sold, assigned,
transferred and conveyed to Superior
Federal Bank FSB by assignment dated

securing a Note in the original principal
