PLANNING THE TOUR Linda Brannen, left, and
Mary Pearson discuss plans for the "Cooks Tour of
Kitchens" and luncheon to be held April 29. Five Perry
homes will be featured on the tour, including homes of
Dr. and Mrs. Phil Mathis, Mr. and Mrs. Draper Watson,
Nan Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harrison and Kim and
Dinah Childers. The poolside luncheon will be held at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Brannen. Tickets are $lO
for the tour and sls for the tour and luncheon and may
be purchased from Impressions, Harts' Nursery, Jesup
Furniture Outlet and Herbert Jewelers and at Westfield
Middle School. The tour and luncheon are sponsored
by the Westfield Parent-Teacher Association. Tickets

Baltista Club
Garden Show
set Saturday

The Beltista Club will hold its
one-day Spring Garden Show at
Heritage Hall, Georgia National
Fairgrounds and Agricenter, April
8 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Twenty
dealers are expected.
Tickets are $5. The ticket
committee is composed of Claire
Beckham, Gloria Ragland, Sara
Muse, Charlotte Washington and
Sandra Tolleson.
Tickets will be available from
any Beltista Club member, at the
Perry Convention and Welcome
Center or at the door.
The ticket will cover four
demonstrations: the planning and
care of roses; the use of herbs;
perennials; and the treatment of die
backyard with bird feeders,
topiaries, wreaths, etc.
A light lunch will be available
at additional cost. Jimmilu
Leverette is chairman of the food
committee.
A special logo, designed for the
show, will be on the tickets, post
cards and posters.
