assumed payment of the indebtedness

Wheeless to F.M. Barron, Jr. F.M. Barron,
Jr. is the owner and holder of said notes
and said deeds to secure debt which
secure the same. The last payment made
on said loans was for the payments due
November 1, 1996 and the payment due
on the first day of December, 1996 in the
amount of $459.27 together with late
charge has not been made, and said
Linda O. Harris and John Harris are fur
ther in default due to their failure to pay
the 1996 ad valbrem taxes on said prop
erty and because of said default in failing
to make payments when due and paying
the real estate taxes, and in accordance
with the provisions of said notes and of
said deeds to secure, the undersigned has
exercised his option to declare the remain
der of the debt due and collectible and the
power of sale contained in said deeds to
secure debt has become operative. The
said Linda O. Harris and John Harris have
been notified in writing that the provisions
in said notes relative to the payment of
