The deadline for public notices is at noon
on Monday before publication on
Wednesday. Public notices are published
each Wednesday in the Houston Times-
Journal newspaper, the legal organ for
Houston County and the city of Perry.
Effective July I, 1995, public notice
advertising rates in the state of Georgia for
foreclosure ads and other non-specified legal
advertisements are $lO per 100 words or
fraction thereof for the first four insertions
and $9 per 100 words or fraction thereof for
more than 4 insertions.

deposit of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per

as soon as possible. The full amount of the
deposit, less shipping charges, will be refund
ed to each General Contractor who submits
a bona fide bid upon return of such set in
good condition within ten ( 10) days after date
of opening of bids.
All other deposits will be refunded with
deductions approximating the cost of repro
duction of doorments, equal to fifty dollars
($50.00), and shipping and handling upon
return of same in good condition within ten
(10) days after date of opening of bids.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump
sum basis of the base bid to the lowest
responsible and qualified bidder. No bid may
be withdrawn for a period of 35 days after
time has been called on the date of opening.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in

a certain security deed executed by Larry D.
Curtis, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
with the singular including the plural, to
