Effective July 1, 1995, public notice
advertising rates in the state of Georgia
for foreclosure ads and other non-speci
fied legal advertisements are $lO per
100 words or fraction thereof for the first
four insertions and $9 per 100 words or
fraction thereof for more than 4 insertions.

County Board of Education , Owner, at
the board office located at 1100 Main
Street, untit 2:00 p.m. at the time legally
prevailing in Perry, Georgia, on Thursday,
July 24, 1997, for Renovations,
Modifications and Additions of Tabor
Middle school located at 920 Green
Street, located in Warner Robins,
Georgia. At the time and place noted
above, the proposals will be publicly
opened and read.
Bidding documents may be obtained
at the office of the Architect, Wm. Harold
DeLoach, Architect, P.O. Box 6926, 721
Walnut Street, Macon, Georgia 31208
(Phone 912/742-5207).
Bidding documents are available for
inspection at the office of the Architect, the
Dodge Plan Rooms, Construction Market
Data and on Dodge SCAN.
Application for documents together
with deposit of one hundred fifty dollars
|$ 150.00) per set should be filed prompt
ly with the Architect. Bidding material will
be forwarded as soon as possible. The
full amount of the deposit for one (1) set of
plans and specifications less shipping
charges, will be refunded to each General
Contractor who submits a bonafide bid
upon return of such set in good condition
within ten (10) days after date of opening
of bids.
All other deposits will be refunded with
deductions approximating the cost of
reproduction of documents, equal to one
hundred dollars ($125.00), and shipping
and handling upon return or same in good
condition within ten (10) days after date
of opening bids.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a
lump sum basis of the base bid to the low
est responsible and qualified bidder. No
bid may be withdrawn for a period of 35
days after time has been called on the
date of opening. Bids must be accompa
nied by a bid bond in an amount not less
than 5% of the base bid. Both a perfor
mance bond and a payment bond will be
required in an amount equal to 100% of
the contract price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject
any or all bids and to waive technicalities
and formalities
