Napier.
“And, we want to tell people
how much we appreciate them,”
said Daugherty.

time the Junior Angus Cattle
Show has been held in Perry at the
Agricenter.
Late Tuesday afternoon, prepa
rations were under way for open
ing ceremonies that Froehlich said
would be “spectacular.” The cere
monies to be held in the Reaves
Arena followed a “Gone With the
Wind” theme, he said.
Also that afternoon, kids and
adults gathered in the Roquemore
Center for the 14th All-American
Certified Angus Beef Cookoff.
Contestants presented skits and
food to judges during the competition.
Winners of the competition will
be announced Friday, according to
organizer Anne Patton Gorham.
The Jr. Angus Show runs
through July 19. The public is
welcome to attend.
