executed a deed to secure debt in favor of
Crossroads Bank of Georgia securing a
note of even date in the original principal
amount of $76,000.00 ana a note dated
the 26th day of November 1996, in the
original principal amount of $15,070.00,
said indebtednesses being due and
payable in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained in said notes, and
said security deed being of record in
Deed Book 1233, Pages 390-391,

tained in said deed to secure debt, there

secure debt has been declared due
because of default in the payments there

property of J. Alan Thompson and Denise
M. Thompson and their successors in title,

The debt remaining in default, the
property will be sold on a lot by lot basis
to tne highest bidder for cash as the prop

and the lawful expenses or said sale, all
as provided in the Note and the Security
Deed, said sale to be subject to any and
