Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 15-1349(o),
any party claiming an interest in the fol

the 3rd day of October 1996, the follow
ing property was seized by the Perry
Police Department, and there is a forfei
ture action pending against said property

The description of the seized property
is as follows: One Thousand Four
Hundred Fifteen Dollars and two cents
($1,415.02) in United States Currency.
The conduct that gave rise to the
seizure of the above-described property is
as follows: On said date, a search war
rant was executed at Scottish Inn Motel,
Room #6B, Houston County, Georgia. A
quantity of suspected crack cocaine and
marijuana was found in said room.
This property is forfeitable under
O.C.G.A. l'6-l 349(d) (2), (3), (4), and
(6) in that it was found in close proximity
to the contraband, represents proceeds
from illegal drug activity, and was pos
sessed, used, or available for use to facil
itate a violation of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act.
You are hereby notified that you must
file an answer to the forfeiture action
which complies with O.C.G.A 16-13-

Norice of Seizure
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 15-13-49(0),
any party claiming an interest in the fol
lowing property is hereby notified that on
the 6m day of May, 1997, the following
property was seized by the Warner
Robins Police Department, and there is a
forfeiture action pending against said
property in the Superior Court of Houston
County, Georgia.
The description of the seized property
is as follows: Six Hundred Ninety-five
Dollars ($695.00) in United States
Currency, and one Motorola cellular
phone, serial #C3290A80,
19502624128.
The conduct that gave rise to the
seizure of the above-described property is
as follows: On said date, a search war
rant was executed at 204 Orchard Way,
Warner Robins, Houston County,
Georgia. The warrant produced 10
pieces of suspected crack cocaine.
This property is forfeitable under
O.C.G.A. 16-1349(d) (2), (3), (4), and
(6) in that it was found in close proximity
to the contraband, represents proceeds
from illegal drug activity, and was pos
sessed, used, or available for use to facil
itate a violation of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act.
You are hereby notified that you must
file an answer to the forfeiture action
which complies with O.C.G.A 16-13-
49(o), within thirty (30) days of the date of
final publication. Said answer must be
filed with the Court and must be served
upon Jeffrey L. Wolff, Assistant District
Attorney, 1009 Jernigan Street, Perry,
Georgia, 31069, by certified mail, return
receipt requested.
