Obituaries Myra Terrell Andrews Myra Terrell Andrews. Ml. <>l 22 l * Terrell Road. Elko, died Jan T 1999. at Coliseum Medieal « Center in Maeon. Services were held at 2 p.m.. Jan. 5. at Walson-Hunt Chapel, with interment in the Elko Cemetery. The Res. Tom Tcalc and the Rev. Eddie Braswell. Born in Dade County. Fla.. Mrs. Andrews had resided here most of her life. She was the owner of Elko Flclt Market and a member of the Elko United Methodist Church. She was pro ceeded in death by a daughter. Deborah Gail Andrews. Survivors include her hus band. Larry G. Andrews, a daughter Kathy Lowcn. both ol Elko: two sons. Larry J. Andrews and William Thorpe, both of Perry: three brothers. Willard Terrell of Maeon; Winfred Terrell of Ocala. Fla., and Milton Ray Terrell of Elko; three sisters. Thelma Thompson of Centerville; Rosie Lee Stewart ol Oklahoma, and Janicce Joyner of Aydcn. N. C.: and 11 grandchil dren. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of Houston County or the Al/chcimer's Association. Robert Stanley Morgan MELBOURNE. Fla. Stanley Morgan, 87. died Jan. I. at Mariner Health of Atlantic Shores. Services will be held in Galva. 111. at a later dale. Mr. Stanley was a native of Galva, and the son of Jo|in Willis Morgan and Nellie Goold Morgan. He was a graduate of Galva High School and worked in the family seed corn busi ness, Morgan Brothers. In 1934 he entered the U.S. Marine Corps, serving until 1938. He married Wynncll Stephens of Sycamore, Ga.. and brought his bride to the Galva area where he pursued an agricultural career for 35 years. In the early 1970's the Morgans retired to Satellite Beach. Fla. In 1977. they moved to Perry, returning to Melbourne in 1996. He is survived by his wife, Wynncll. two daughters. Mary Jane Hofman of Melbourne, and Page 2A Sylvia McPherson of Satellite Beach, and sons-in-law, Charles H. Hoffmann Jr. and David R. McPherson, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Helen Cliett Rickett Helen Cliett Rickett. 74. of 1208 Fairway Drive. Perry, died Dec. 29. at the Perry Hospital. Graveside services were held Jan. I at the Perry Memorial Gardens with Elder Gordon Buchanan and the Rev. Dr. Randy Kennedy officiating. Born in Houston County. Mrs. Rickett had lived in Perry since 1949. She was a retired employee of Robins Air Force Base and was a charter and active member of the Pink Ladies Auxiliary for Perry Hospital for 15 years. She was a member of Perry First Baptist Church. Survivors include her hus band. Benjamin Max Rickett of Perry: a daugher, Faye R. Kemp of Athens; four sisters. Adelaide C. Ruz/.a of Perry; Evelyn C. Hayes of Fort Valley; Ann C. Locke of Memphis, Tcnn.; Elizabeth Maddox of Hampsted. N. C.: a brother, J.B. Cliett. Jr. of Jacksonville. Fla., and a number of nieces and nephews.
