Financial Southeast dated Odober 10,
1997, recorded in Deed Book 1311, Page
238, Houston County, Georgia Records,
said Security Deed having been given to
secure a Note of even date in the original
prindpal amount of Eighty Thousand Five
Hundred Eighty And 00/100 Dollars ($
80,580.00) with interest thereon as provid
ed for therein, said Security Deed having
been last sold, assigned ana transferred to
BancorpSouth Bank, there will be sold at
public outcry to the highest bidder for cash
before the courthouse door of Houston
County, Georgia, within the legal hours of
