‘Annie’ opens at Perry
Players theater Feb. 26

A ray of sunshine from the
dap of the Great Depression will
brighten the Perry Players stage,
starting this weekend.
The winter musical, ‘Annie*
will open on Feb. 26, with perfor
mances through March 13.
Based on the old comic strip,
“Little Orphan Annie", the musi
cal play features a large cast with
many children, and a story full of
comedy and suspense.
The Perry Players production
is being directed by Suzanne
Webb. Leading roles are played
by Noelle Goodman as
“Annie”and Rick Goodman as
“Daddy Warbucks.” The two are
daughter and hither in real life.
Cathy Hutto as “Miss
Hannigan" has acted, directed and
produced a variety of Perry shows.
Cheri Wood as “Grace Farrell*
secretary to Warbucks, and her
daughter Brittany, an orphan in
the ensemble, are newcomers to
Perry Players.
Other actors in the cast are
Richard Alexander, Joel Archer,
Robert Bailey, Brooke Bekkers,

Middlebrooks, the daughter of
