I ester securing a note ot even date in the
original principal amount of $24,000.00.
said indebtedness being due and
payable in accordance wiln the terms
and conditions contained in said note,
said security deed being of record on
December 29, |995 in Deed Book 1186,
Pages 649-650, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court.
By virtue of the power of sale con
tained in said deed to secure debt there
will be sold by the undersigned at public
outcry to the Highest and best bidder for
cash before tne Courthouse door of
Houston County, Georgia, within the
legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in
May, 1999, same being May 4, 1999, all
of tne following described property
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 183 of the
Tentn l and District of Houston County,
Georgia, and being known and designat
ed as Lot No 6, Dowdy Subdivision,
comprising 0.6.349 acres according to a
plat of survey prepared by Billy Handers,
Surveyor, said plat of survey dated June
8, and recorded in Plat Book 33,
Page 61, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court. Said plat and the recorded copy
thereof are hereby made a part of this
description by reference thereto for all
purposes
Also conveyed herewith is one 1984
model Guerdon mobile home, serial

attached to and a part of the above
described real estate.
The debt secured by said deed to
secure debt has been declared due
because of default in the payments
thereon, and in the due performance of
the covenants therein contained, as well
as failure to make the payments on the
promissory note and dtsed to secure debt
as above described The debt remaining
in default this sate will be made for the
purpose of paying same and all expens
es of the sale, including reasonable attor
ney's fees

property of Junior Censha Lester and his
successors in title subject to outstanding
ad valorem taxes, easements, and as win
