milk is a major step in
removing toxins from your
diet, and therefore your
body.
Many meat eaters and meat
manufacturers do not agree,
but the scientific literature is
replete in the proof that meat
is detrimental to the health
of our bodies. Eating meat
causes acid and inflamma
tion in the body, two ele
ments at the heart of all dis
ease processes, from stroke
and heart attack - to diabetes
and poor circulation, and
everything in-between. That
is just the beginning.
And last, but certainly
not at all the least, getting
enough water. We drink a lot
of liquids; however, most of
the liquids we drink cause
dehydration and cause us to
loose even more fluid than
we take in. We need lots of
water, clean and pure for the
bodily processes to take
place easily and efficiently.
Only water can make that
happen. Also, water is the
universal solvent for the
body, so only water can dis
solve toxins for removal
from the body, and resolve
fluid imbalances in the body.
So, there it is, these are
some of the most important
actions you can take, to
allow your body to easily
and quickly triumph over
even long-standing, debili
tating illness. Start today and
“your healing shall spring
forth speedily."

around the world demonstrat

preserving the best, and most
importantly, preserving life and

Just as the National
Holiday commemorating
Uncle M.L.’s life has become
much more than a day of hero
worship of a man, to a day
where millions of Americans
perform acts of service to oth

on the American calendar
whose official designation
states that is not a day for play
but a day of service to others.
Because of
what Uncle M.L. did as a citi

and become more than a

As one who shares DNA
