Savannah Reindeer Run 8K
and Holiday Market on De
cember 16th at the Savan
nah International Trade and
Convention Center.
The Reindeer Run
is one of Savannah’s best
family-oriented run events.
The morning will begin
with a kiddie race at 8:45,
followed by the 8K at 9:00.
Inside, families and run
ners will enjoy a kid zone,
a cookie contest, food, bev
erages and even a visit from
Santa. Runners are encour
aged to dress as their favor
ite holiday characters for a
chance to win a prize.
Ten Celebrity Run
ners have been challenged
to raise $1,250 in advance
of the race. This year’s Ce
lebrity Runners are Michael
Brooks, Amber Lynn Car-
roll, Karen Daiss, Regan
Drake, Sean Evans, Paula
Kreissler, Tharon Lam
bert, David Pence, Chelsea
Phillips, and Ben Senger.

Center, which offers healthy

training for local schools.

Registration for
the Reindeer Run is $35
from December 2nd through
15th, and $40 the day of the
race. Registration for youth
between ages 12 and 17 is
