$lO per 100 words or portion thereof for each
insertion for the first four insertions. Some spe
cific types of ads, such as divorce, articles of
incorporation, articles of merger, petition to
adopt, name changes and DUI notices have fees
set based on the number of times the notice is
inserted. All rates are set by the Georgia Gener
al Assembly.

5293. Payment of the correct amount
must be made within 30 days of billing;
such payments are not refundable.
Payment will be made to the contrac
tor each calendar month based on the
estimated work complete in place as
prescribed by the Standard Specifica
tions. Retainage as prescribed by the
Standard Specifications will be withheld.
On all projects, retainage may be
deposited in escrow accounts at the
option of the contractor. Final payment
of amounts withheld or deposited in
escrow will not be made until the Chief
Engineer has certified that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and
accepted.
The state reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.

plat of said subdivision of record in Plat
Book 27. Page 92, Clerk's Office, Hous
ton Superior Court. Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are hereby made

Deed has been and is hereby declared

events of default failure to pay the

the manner provided in the Note and
