Many hands went up
when she asked who had
attended or had family
members who had attended
under any of the six names
of the school.
In her three years as
president, the school has
changed tremendously from
one kind of school to a very
different kind of school. In
1994 it became Georgia s
public liberal arts universi
ty serving not just the cen
tral but the entire state.
The school depends on a
residential environment of
close faculty/student inter
action. With 22 students to
every faculty member now,
DePaulo hopes the ratio
will become 17 to 1. As one

minor child, Talen Christian Linstrom.

fact that the whereabouts of the
father, Calvin Lee Gibson, is unknown
and that service upon Calvin Lee Gib
son of the petition cannot otherwise
effectuated and it appearing to the
Court that Calvin Lee Gibson can best
be apprised of the pendency of this
action by publication of this order in a
newspaper.
It is hereby ordered that a hearing
on the petition to determine and to ter
minate the parental rights of Calvin
Lee Gibson will be held on Wednes
day, November 17, 1999, at 11:15
