Position: Center midfield

was to make the team better, said
Northside girls head coach Scott Wynn.
“She has the best ball skills in the coun
ty. Her job was to make sure the team
was playing together. Made sure the
ball was distributed to her teammates
and everyone was on the same page.
Miscellaneous: Voted a team captain.

the All Region team (for the past two

into a team player this season. She
understood that her role as a leader
was to make sure everyone else got
involved in the game. She never wor
ried about personal stats or recogni
tion, she just wanted to win."
Alex Walker

Impact: Alex was the glue that held
the defense together, Wynn said. “Her
understanding of the game and skill
gave us the ability to move some other
players around to other positions. No
one could beat her one on one in the
back.”

said. “She was a consistent team play
er and never quit on any play."
