OBITUARIES
ELIZABETH BOESE BALTZELL
BYRON - Elizabeth Boese Baltzell, 89, of Byron, died
Tuesday, May 31, 2005. Memorial services will be held at 2
p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2005, at the Byron United Methodist
Church. The Rev. Sam Lamback will officiate.
Baltzell, a native of New York City, was the daughter of
the late Dr. William H. and Helen Buchtenkirk Boese and
the widow of Robert J. Baltzell. Her sister, Dorothy Boese
Tobey, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Park
Congregational Church in Elmira, N.Y., and attended Byron
United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Susan B. (Wayne) Lettice
of Byron, Katherine H. Baltzell of Elmira, N.Y., and Dr. ;
David R. (Karen) Baltzell of Atlanta; grandchildren, Claire
Baltzell, Darrell Lettice, Jason Lettice, Katy Fiala and Jane
Vomdran; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following services at the
church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s
Association or Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge
Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

KATHLEEN - Jamie Leigh Boney, 15, of Kathleen died ;
Sunday, May 29, 2005. Graveside funeral services will be J
held at 11 a.m. Thursday (TODAY) at Magnolia Park J
Cemetery. The Rev. Alex Lunceford will officiate.
Boney, a lifelong resident of Houston County, attended;
Warner Robins High School where she was active in the
ROTC. She attended the Missionary Alliance Church and
was a former softball player with the Warner Robins
National Little League.
Survivors include her parents, Wiley L. Boney of!
Kathleen, and Teresa Hendricks-Dobbs of Warner Robins;!
brothers, Justin Boney, Joseph Toland and Jacob Boney; i
grandparents, Talmadge and Lorene Boney of Warner J
Robins, and Earlene Flood of Perry.
The family received friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at j
the funeral home.

DOROTHY C. CLAY
WARNER ROBINS - Dorothy C. Clay, 83, passed away on
Saturday, May 28, 2005, after a courageous battle with
Parkinson’s disease. Graveside services will be held at 1
p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2005, at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, June 3,
2005, at McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation,
1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018;
Centerville Baptist Building Fund, 505 N. Houston Lake
Blvd., Centerville, GA 31028; or Hospice of Houston
County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
Clay graduated from Dublin High School and graduated
from Dudley Hughes in 1965 as a licensed practical nurse.
She retired from Robins Air Force Base where she worked
in civil service. Clay was a member of First Baptist Church
Centerville and the Fellowship Sunday School Class. She
was a member of both the Warner Robins Senior Citizens
and the Houston County Senior Citizens. Clay was a mem
ber of the Crochet Club of Warner Robins and Martha Berry
Chapter of the Easter Star. She had an intense love for the
Lord and all of His creations, especially birds. She loved to
fish and was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Bill
Elliott. A talented seamstress, who was proficient in all
forms of needlework, she taught knitting to students at
Northside High School. Clay was a very strong person who
was always there to lend a helping hand. She will be great
ly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She
was a wonderful, loving mother, Nan and 8080. Preceding
her in death were husband, Bob Clay Sr.; parents, A.J. and
Martha Cooper; brothers, A.J., Barron (A. 8.) and Gary
Cooper.
Survivors include daughter, Pat (Elwood) Ogilvie of
Jacksonville, Fla.; son, Bob Clay Jr. of Warner Robins; sis
ters, Evelyn Brown of Stockbridge, and Helen Allen of
Dublin; grandsons, Drew Reinhard and Matt Brantley, both
of Warner Robins; great-grandchildren, Samantha and
Chris Reinhard, both of Warner Robins, and Kaleb Brantley
of Hawkinsville; and her special friend, Roberta Monroe.

MARJORIE R. LUTTRELL
WARNER ROBINS - Marjorie R. Luttrell, 84, of Warner
Robins, died Monday May 30, 2005. Funeral services will be
held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Heritage
Memorial Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in
Parkway Memorial Gardens. The Revs. Jerry Walls and
Dennis Clark will officiate.
Luttrell, a native of Fitzgerald, was the daughter of the
late John and Nell Mae McCluskey Clift and the widow of
Henry C. Luttrell Jr. She was a member of Southside
Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Luttrell Sr. of College
Park, Pat Luttrell of Gray and Robert D. Luttrell Sr. of
Warner Robins; brother, Billy Joe Clift of Punta Gorta, Fla.;
five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the
funeral home.

PERRY - Nathaniel “Nat” Miller of 2250 U.S. 341 South
died Saturday, May 28, 2005. Services will be held Friday,
June 3, 2005, at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in Andersonville Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl Miller; children, Charles,
Brian, Phil, Oliver and Brae; siblings, Cindy and Hosea of
Chicago, 111.
