Prosecutors will work

Glenn Parker may know
more about the Memphis Belle
than any military historian in
Georgia.
A 54-year-old retired mainte
nance superintendent with the
Georgia Air National Guard, he
spent decades building a trea-
Director of Marketing for
the county hospital system,
said that the telephone
survey was done by a firm
called SatisQuest. Calls
were made through random
selection to over 600 people
who had been hospitalized
at Houston Medlcaf Center
in Warner Robins or Perry
Hospital.
Those who were surveyed
were asked to rate different
aspects of care on a 1 to 5
scale, and some who gave

Fortress, and his love for the
plane’s history helped him forge
a lasting friendship with the

will be contacted and invited
to serve on focus groups to
discuss how their care could
have been improved.
In a number of areas, Perry
Hospital scored higher with
patients than the overall
system did. Ninety-four per
cent of those who had been
patients at Perry Hospital
rated their quality of care as
good or excellent. Almost 99
percent of patients also gave
Perry Hospital high marks for
“respect and dignity” with the
hospital system getting that
ranking from 95.9 percent.
