Perry Middle School staff
and students welcomed a
new Agriculture teacher
at the start of school this
month, Melissa Collins.
Collins graduated from
Warner Robins High School
in 1998.
She then attend
ed Abraham Baldwin
Agricultural College until
2000 and then transferred to
Fort Valley State University.
There, she received her
Bachelors of Science in

at Lackland Air Force Base,
San Antonio, Texas.
During the six weeks of
training, he studied the Air
Force mission, organization,
and military customs and

Outstanding Young Teacher
training exercises, and spe
cial training in human rela
tions.
In addition, those who
complete basic training
earn credits toward an asso
ciate degree through the
Community College of the
Air Force.
Moran is the son of David
Moran of Lakejoy Road,
Kathleen.
He is a 2002 graduate
of Houston County High
School, Warner Robins.
