decrease in homes permitted
was from 51 in June to 35 in
July, but the average value
of those homes was up from
$153,849 in June to 172,216
in July.
In Perry the number of
homes permitted dropped
from 26 in June to 21 in
July, and the average value
of those 21 homes decreased
from $121,905 in June to
$114,266.66 in July.
The number of manu
factured homes permitted
countywide was up from
four in June to nine in July
and from nine last July.
There were six permit
ted in the unincorporated
Houston County in July,
Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Houston Health
Pavilion EduCare Center. Sponsored
