Deputies responding to a

In way of explanation,
deputies were sent to a

a vacant trailer about 1 a.m.
The two deputies heard
the altercation- inside and
approached the front and
rear doors in an attempt to
make contact.
One deputy reportedly saw
a naked male subject run
ning around inside who then
went to the front door to
meet with the other deputy.
The naked man reportedly
had blood on his face that
was not his own.
The deputy went to the
back rooms to find another
subject and found another
naked man, with a small lac
eration to his cheek covered
in blood.
In the bath the deputy
found a large amount of
blood on the floor, tub cabi
net and shower. The resi

bleach and sheet rock dust.
The walls had several holes
and windows were broken
out,
A hammer was found in
the living room that was
reportedly used to break the
windows and put holes in
the walls and a gallon of
bleach was located on the
living room floor as well.
; When asked what was
going on the first man,
44, reportedly said he was
attempting to get his friend
but of the residence because
he was not allowed there.
■He lives at another trailer in
the mobile home park with
his friend.
He said he was going to
clean up this trailer and
added that his brother was
a onetime owner of the trail
er.
When asked why he was
naked in someone else’s
home, he reportedly said he
did not want to talk about
it.
When the second naked
man, age 31, was asked what
was going on, he reportedly

man and they were having
sex.

When asked about the
damage, he reportedly said
it was done 10 years ago.
When asked about the
blood in the bathroom, he
reportedly said he did not
know and then reportedly
became angry with the dep
uty for asking questions.
Both men, reportedly high
ly intoxicated at the time
of the report, were charged
with battery under family
violence and taken to jail.
More charges, such as
damage to private property

On Friday night, deputies
responded to “JBs,” a Holt
Avenue trailer park, regard
ing a fight.
A deputy found a group of
people, about 20, standing in
the roadway with a turbu
lent demeanor.
He heard voices exchange
heated words and observed a
lone white male speak angri
ly to someone in the group.
As he turned toward them
someone announced the
deputy’s arrival and they
immediately turned their
back and starting walking to
the porch, quickly entering
the residence.
The deputy made contact
with the lone male as he
reportedly staggered toward
Nelson Drive.
The deputy began to
inquire about the fight and
immediately noticed “the
nauseating smell of an alco
holic beverage coming from”
the male’s breath and per
son.
The male answered report

there and I’m trying to get
home.”
The deputy continued to
talk with the male, who was
engaged in a one-sided con
versation.
After obtaining his full
attention, the male still
denied knowing anything
about the fight.
A puffy area was observed
on the male’s forehead and
red raised crescent shaped
welt was reportedly observed
near his right temple and on
his right cheek. The male
denied any knowledge of
them. •
Once backup arrived, offi
cers went to the trailer and
it appeared that a party had
been in progress. A resident
then reportedly gave permis
sion for the officers to enter.
While conducting interviews
it became known some
minors were reportedly in
possession of alcohol.
A 15-year-old girl was
found hiding behind a chair
in which another male, who
claimed to be 22, was seated.
Both consented to Alco-sen
sor tests. She tested positive
at .100 grams and he at .057
grams.
When asked about the
alcohol, he reportedly said,
“all I know is that I was at
the mall and someone said I
could come here and drink,
and that’s what I did.”
• According to the girl’s
mother, the two have a his
tory and he was arrested
recently for unwanted con
tact with her.
An 18-year-old male also
reportedly consented to the
Alco-sensor test, testing pos
itive at .057 grams.
After discovering the one
found outside was actually
20, he and the two teens
in the trailer were charged
with drinking underage.
