were dispatched to 1609 Moody
Road in reference to a large fight.
As officers arrived on scene, shots
were fired and a vehicle was at
tempting to quickly leave the scene.
Officers made contact with this vehi
cle driven by Leon Bogan and they
found two weapons and some small
plastic baggies containing mari
juana.
The above listed property
was being used or intended for use,
directly or indirectly, to facilitate vio
lations of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, and/or represents
proceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds and/or
represent "things of value" found in
close proximity to controlled sub

with the resident of 122 A Ignico
Drive, Shirley Thomas, who stated
that Nathan Tharpe had entered her
residence without her permission.
Ms. Thomas granted permission to
enter and search. Mr. Tharpe also
granted officers permission to
search his person. The search re
vealed marijuana and ecstasy pills.
Since Mr. Tharpe had been seen ex
iting Mr. Warthen's vehicle, the vehi
cle was searched. As Mr. Warthen
was exiting the 1995 Chevy Blazer,
he reached in the floorboard and
grabbed a diaper bag. The diaper
bag contained a large amount of
marijuana. The $550.00 was located
on the dashboard of the Blazer.
$65.20 was located in Ricardo War
then's pocket.
