In recognition of National Grandparent’s Day Friday, Perry Primary, according to a
release from the school, had “numerous” celebrations inviting grandparents to come
and be a part of their grandchildren’s day at school. The children sang songs and recit
ed poems, among other things: “To show the grandparents how much they love and
appreciate them.” Pictured are Jodi Horton’s Pre-K class singing to their grandparents
and Lexie Marten with her grandparents Jud and Barbara Keith.
