OBITUARIES
ANNE HELEN KILRAINE
WARNER ROBINS - Anne Helen Kilraine, 79, passed
away Thursday. A rosary will be held Sunday evening at 6
p.m. with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. at McCullough
Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in
Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment following in
Parkway Memorial Gardens.
Kilraine was bom June 26, 1927 in Donaldson, Pa. She
was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Kilraine
was the manager of Connections to Fitness and was the
former owner of Anne’s Figure Salon. Her passion for life
touched everyone who knew her. Her constant smile and
enthusiastic personality were reflective in all she did and
will never be forgotten. Her husband, George J. Kilraine
and her parents, Samuel and Marcella Sutkatis Elonis, all
preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Marcy
Moffett (Jim), of St. Michaels, Maryland; Joseph Kilraine
of Encinitas, Calif.; Patrick Kilraine and George Kilraine,
both of Warner Robins; Timothy Kilraine (Terri) of Tarpon
Springs, Fla.; Dr. Jacqueline Kilraine Barroso (Mario) of
Kathleen, 10 grandchildren and one sister, Mildred Deasey,
Willingboro, N.J.

HENRY FRANCIS DOAR
WARNER ROBINS - Henry Francis Doar, 86, husband of
Rosalie Bunch Doar, of Warner Robins
died Friday.
Funeral services will be held Sunday
at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 2
p.m. Burial will be in Summerville
Cemetery. Friends may call at Parks
Funeral Home Sunday afternoon from
1 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of
flowers, memorials may be made to Trim
United Methodist Church, 129 S. Houston Rd., Warner
Robins, GA 31088 or to The American Heart Association,
409 King St., Charleston, SC 29403.
Doar was born Nov. 6, 1920 in Charleston, S.C., a son of
John Doar and Kate Cameron Doar. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Education from the University of Georgia.
She taught school and physical education for 37 years. He
was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and fought in the
D-Day Landing and the Battle of the Bulge and received
two Bronze Stars and one Purple Heart. He was a member
of Trinity United Methodist Church in Warner Robins.
Survivors include his wife, Rosalie Bunch Doar of Warner
Robins; two daughters, Traci Kemp of Warner Robins and
Melanie Stein of Suwanee; and four grandchildren, Danielle
Kemp, Cameron Kemp, Jordan Stein and David Stein.
JOANNE W. CARTER
PERRY - Joanne W. Carter, 72, died at a local hospital
Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday
at the Perry First Baptist Church with interment in Perry
Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ford Wilson and Rev. Rick Harris
will officiate. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m.
Saturday at the funeral home. Donations
may be made to her beloved Pilot Club
because of their good works and dedication
to our community (Pilot Club of Perry, 1021
Country Club Road, Perry, GA 31069).
Carter was a native of Tift County and
the daughter of the late Ralph and Otha
(Moody) Whiddon. She was a retired custom
er service representative for Georgia Power
Company. A member of the First Baptist
Church, she was also a Perry Ambassador,
member of the Pilot Club, the Eastern Star,
and past president of the Faircrackers.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Carter of Perry;
children, Belinda Johnson of Warner Robins, Mark Harkins
of Perry, Joe Ledlow of Tifton, and Scotty Ledlow of Perry;
grandchildren, Josh Hoover, Jessica Hoover, Christopher
Harkins, Nicholas Harkins, Johnathan Harkins, Stephen
Harkns, Colby Ledlow, and Susie Ledow; great grandchild,
Malia Hoover; beloved pet, Sam. Please sign the online reg
