Legacy Case offers a wealth of choices, well-prepared
By CHARLOTTE

Imagine that you’re going
out to dinner with a group of
hungry friends. One wants
fried chicken. Another
wants corned beef on rye.
A third has been dreaming
of fajitas. A fourth wants
something Italian, or maybe
Mediterranean. A fifth is on
a low carb diet and a sixth is
strictly interested in burgers
and fries.
Or imagine you’ve got a
houseful of company that
can’t agree on much of any
thing except that they’re
tired of turkey.
Where can you go so
everybody’s happy? Try the
Legacy Case, one of Warner
Robins’ newest restaurants,
with what could very well
be Houston County’s most
extensive menu. It’s locat
ed in the Holiday Inn at
2024 Watson Blvd., but this
is definitely not your usual
generic hotel restaurant
Is it good? Well, what we
had on a recent visit made
us ready to go back. Our
choices - out of at least a
hundred options - included
the Black and Feta Caesar
Salad, with crisp romaine
lettuce topped with strips
of blackened sirloin, Roma
tomatoes, crisp bacon and
crumbed Feta cheese, and
a combination Greek plat
ter with chicken and beef
gyros, spinach pie in puff
pastry, dolmades, salad, pita
and more.
The service was friendly,
the servings generous, the
presentation appetizing and
the food truly good, with an
emphasis on fresh ingredi
ents.

RIGHT: Pumpkin pie is just
one of the all-American
favorites on the Legacy
menu. BOTTOM: For those
on a low-carb diet, this
salad is a winner. Strips
of blackened steak top a
well-seasoned salad of
fresh romaine, tomatoes
and Feta cheese.

In short, the quality is
