The new precinct at Mossy
Creek Middle School takes
voters from two of the larg
est precincts in the county
- Feagin Mill Middle School
and Houston County High
School - and moves them to
the new middle school for
the next elections. The plan
also moves voters in the
area of Christ’s Sanctified
Holy Church from Perry
Primary School precinct.
The affected voters from
the Feagin Mill Middle
School precinct are those in
the area south of Lakeview
Road, North of Ga. 96, and
west of Lake Joy Road to
U.S. 41.

The second incident
occurred about 9 p.m.
Sunday in the parking lot
of the Watson Boulevard
Kmart. According to police,
an armed man approached
the victim as she was enter
ing her vehicle, produced
a handgun and demanded
she relinquish the vehicle
and her purse.
The woman complied and
was not injured. The sus
pect drove off in her 2002
white Chevrolet Avalanche,
tag number WL3BLR with
24-inch chrome rims. He
was last seen traveling east
on Watson Boulevard.

The child initially
denied anything had
happened, Potter said,
but later on that night
changed her mind and
told her mother what
happened.
Officers arrested
Wogan, “late last night,”
Potter said Friday, on
charges of child moles
tation and sexual bat
tery. Wogan was booked
into the jail early Friday
morning.
Potter said police noti
fied Robins Air Force
Base, since Wogan is an
active duty staff sargeant
in the Air Force. “They
placed a hold on him,”
Potter said.
Perry Police were
assisted by the Houston
County Sheriff s Office
Juvenile Division in the
incident, Potter said.

Road.
The voters affected from
Perry Primary School pre
cinct are south of Ga. 96,
north of Sandefur Road
west to U.S. 41, would also
vote at the newly created
Mossy Creek Middle School
precinct.
The two precincts are
being moved. Centerville
Elementary precinct is
moving to Centerville City
Hall and Eagle Springs
Elementary precinct is
moving to Thompson
Middle School. The other
changes involve consolida
tion of precincts.
The Elberta Center and
Lindsey Elementary pre
cincts are being combined
as a black male, about
25 years old, 5-foot-4 to
5-foot-6 in height with a
slender build. The suspect
reportedly wears his hair
in dreadlocks and was last
seen wearing black denim
shorts and a dark shirt.

be combined into one, with
Pearl Stephens Elementary,
Watson Crossroads and the
Warner Robins Recreation
Department polling sites
being combined at the
Recreation Department
building.
Russell Elementary and
the Houston Career Center
precincts are also being
combined and moved to a
larger room at the Career
Center, with the entrance
to be off Corder Road.
Shipes said voters would be
notified of the change and
signs will direct voters to
the room. Notices will also
be posted at the old sites on
election day notifying vot
ers where voting is being
held.
