been given to secure a Note dated
November 24, 2004, in the original

with interest from date at the rate
stated in said Note on the unpaid
balance until paid, will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door at Houston
County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale on the first Tuesday in
September, 2007, the property de
scribed as:
All that tract or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in land
lot 90 of the fifth land district of
Houston County, Georgia, being
known and designated as lot 2,
block "F", section no 1 of a subdivi
sion known as Barrington, according
to a plat of survey of record in plat
book 33, page 181, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court, Georgia.
Said plat and the recorded copy
thereof are incorporated herein by
reference thereto for all purposes.

Warner Robins, GA 31088, to
gether with all fixtures and other per
sonal property conveyed by said
deed.
The debt secured by said
Deed to Secure Debt/Security Deed

due because of, among other possi
ble events of default, non-payment
of the monthly installments on said
loan. The debt remaining in default,
this sale will be made for the pur
pose of paying the same and all ex
penses of this sale, including attor
ney's fees.
Said property will be sold
as the property of Veleta Morris and
Kenneth Morris, subject to the out
standing ad valoreum taxes and/or
assessments, if any, and all
rights-of-way, easements, protective
covenants or restrictions, liens, and
other superior matters of record hav
ing priority over this Deed to Secure
Debt/Security Deed.
Said property will be sold
as the property of Veleta Morris and
Kenneth Morris and the proceeds of
said sale will be applied to the pay
ment of said indebtedness, the ex
pense of said sale, all as provided in
said deed, and the undersigned will
execute a deed to the purchaser as
provided in the aforementioned
Deed to Secure Debt/Security Deed.
