Epicurean Club Will Entertain Saturday
With Dance in Honor of New Members
Thus reads ihe invitation to the
third annual Lumber Jack Ball to
be given by the Forestry Club. The
Bulldogs will furnish the music.
Paul Runyan, a mythical charac
ter built up by campfire tales in the
Great Lakes region, will reign su
preme as king of the lumber jacks.
The building will be decorated with
a likeness of the mighty giant, and
his camp.
Lloyd Webb, Moultrie, president
of the Forestry Club, and Wilma
Gamble, Moultrie, will lead-out in
the grand march. Chaperons for
this affair are Prof, and Mrs. G. D.
Marckworth, Prof, and Mrs. B. F.
Grant, and Prof, and Mrs. G. N.
Bishop.

Following initiation of new mem

Pi will hold its annual formal ban
quet at 8 o'clock Saturday night at
the Georgian Hotel. The banquet
will be in celebration of the chap
ter’s founding on February 11, 1933.

Upsilon Omicron. honorary home
economics sorority, entertained with
a banquet Thursday night at Dawson
Hall. Miss Elizabeth Todd, professor
of vocational education, spoke on the
founding of the sorority.
