The social calendar for this
week is in a mighty big whirl.
Just as the first part of this week
has been filled with lectures by
famous persons, so the latter part
is overflowing with .entertain
ments and parties.
Tonight’s activities include the
operas “Impresario” and "Sister An
gelica.” which are being presented
by the drama de
partment at Fine
Arts. Curtain time
is 8:30 p.m.
The Alpha Gams
are entertaining
the Sigma Chi’s;
the PiKA’s are
playing host to the
Thetas. The Pi
Kappa Phi's are
having a rush
party at the house.
Joining forces
at Charlie Williams’ to dance to the
music of Frankie Boone are the
PiKA’s and the Phi Delts. Omega
Tau Sigma is having open house
Friday night.
Alpha Kappa Psi and the Eco
nomics Society will gather at the
Legion Hut for semi-formal dancing.
Second year law class presents the
Barrister’s Ball, an annual event
which this year will feature Bob An-
stell and his ten piece orchestra.
Following the ball, Phi Delta Delta,
women’s legal fraternity, will enter
tain at a formal breakfast at the
Snack Shack.
Homecon’s “Snowball Dance” will
be highlighted by the crowning of
“Miss Home Economics.”
Saturday night's agenda includes a
hobo party at the Alpha Psi house
and a dance at the ATO house.
Chi Phi brothers will be dancing
at Bridges’ Cabin to the music of
Ira Polk’s Combo.
Kappa Sigs, SAE’s and Phi Eps
have all scheduled informal dances
Saturday night at their houses.

Two Sweethearts Selected
Pi Kappa Phi and Alpha Epsilon

heart of AEPi. On the court are Le-
nore Goldstein, Sandy Isenberg,
Marcia Jacobs, Pat Bennett, Patsy
Braver and Sandra Marcus.
It s good to see the month of January pull out—never have we had such a time searing up love. May
be Cupid will do a little better job in his favorite month of February.
