An army of loyal Catholic men
—2,500 strong—ready to carry
the Bishop’s crusade for pa
rochial and diocesan improve
ment into every Catholic home,
is . massing in parishes and mis

The ease and dispatch with
which the organization was built
emphasizes the importance at

and clergy leaders throughout
the diocese.
From all echelons of the cam
paign organization, glowing re
ports are being received indicat

Bishop Hyland, pleased with
the rapid progress and tempo of
the drive, praised both clergy
and lay members for their hard
work and sincere cooperation in
the campaign.
"I wish to express my deep

for the fine efforts of all the
workers in this very important
crusade,” His Excellency declar

participating 'parish and mission,
this campaign cannot help but be
a success.”
The Bishop further stated,
“The future course of the
Church in Georgia will be large
ly determined by the outcome
of our fund drive. Because Holy
Mother Church in Georgia will
be so directly affected by the
success or failure of our cam
paign, I am sure\ that the zeal
and determination displayed in
the building of the organization
will prevail in all phases of our
drive.
Similar expressions of con

clergy and laymen throughout
the diocese. Mlonsignor Joseph
E. Moylan and Monsignor Cor
nelius L. Maloney, executive
clerical chairmen, who are co
ordinating the efforts of all par

the highest degree of devo’ted

Reports of well planned ac
