Miss Verne Grablowsky of
Williston, S. C., daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Bernie Grablowsky,
became the bride of Edward
Marc Royal of Birmingham on
Sunday, July 23, at the Ahav-
ath Achim Synagogue in Atlan
ta. Rabbi Mark Elovitz of Bir
mingham and Rabbi David
Auerbach and Cantor Issac
Goodfriend of Atlanta officiated.
The bridegroom is the son of
Dr. and Mrs. Arnold Royal.
The bride was escorted down
the aisle by her parents and the
bridegroom was escorted by his
parents.
Mrs. Stuart Royal was matron
of honor. Other attendants were
Miss Martha Rogol, Miss Nanci
Schwartz, Miss Joyce Royal,
Mrs. Oscar Grablowsky, Mrs.
Bernie Grablowsky and Mrs.
Melvin Buck.
Stuart Royal was his twin
brother’s best man. Usher-
groomsmen were Dr. Oscar
Grablowsky and Bernie Gra
blowsky, brothers of the bride;
Eli Capiluto, Mark Friedman,
Melvin Buck, Dr. Arthur Ger-
witz, Steve Lichter, Ray Shen-
field, Nathan Berotzheimer and
Howard Shapiro.
A seated dinner was held in
Srochi Hall of the Synagogue.
After a wedding trip to Spain,
the couple will be at home in
Birmingham.
