Miss Lischkoff to wed Mr. Goldfine
Herman Lischkoff and Mrs.
Arline Lischkoff announce the
engagement of their daughter,
Jody Ann, to Eric Douglas Gold-
fine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irv Gold-
fine of Kendall, Fla.
The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Pauline Bracker
of Savannah and the late David
Bracker, and the late Mr. and Mrs.
Israel Lischkoff of Atlanta. She
attended Tulane University and is
a candidate for a bachelor of busi
ness administration degree from
the University of Florida.
The future bridegroom is the
grandson of Mrs. Lillian Gross-
man of Miami. He received a
bachelor of science degree in
accounting from the University of
Florida, and a master’s degree
from Barry College. He is asso
ciated with the firm of Ernst and
Whenney Inc. in Miami.
A June 22 wedding is planned at
Ahavath Achim Synagogue.

Debra l.ori, to Joseph Berger, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Berger of

The bride-elect is a graduate of
Georgia State University and is an
advertising account manager for
the Apparel News Group.
The future bridegroom gradu
ated from Duke University and is
president of Pine Brook Construc
tion Company.
The wedding is planned for July
20.
Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Langer
Michelle Iroff weds Stuart Langer
Michelle Rebecca Iroff and
Stuart Martin Langer of Atlanta
announce their recent marriage.
The ceremony was performed by
Rabbi Mark Greenspan at Heska
Amuna Synagogue in Knoxville,
Tenn.
The bride is the daughter of Ber
nard and Stella Iroff of Knoxville.
A cum laude graduate of the Amer
ican University in Washington,
D.C., she is public relations/pro
gram coordinator for B’nai B’rith
District Five.
The bridegroom is the son of
Philip and Adele Langer of
Tampa. A graduate of Florida
State University, he is a senior
accountant with Arthur Andersen
and Company. He is state mem
bership chairman for Georgia
B’nai B’rith and founding presi
dent of the Leo M. Frank Lodge.
Best man was Lt. Nathan
Langer of Germany. Matron of
honor was Leslie Knox, flower girl
was Alison Oberne, and brother
David was ring-bearer. Also par
ticipating in the ceremony were
Alan Iroff and Mary Wacker of
Milwaukee, Martin and Martha
Iroff of Knoxville, Richard and
Fran Oberne of Tampa, and Mar
cia Langer of Germany.
The couple honeymooned in
Israel.
Miss Balser weds Mr. Fischgrund
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Balser of
Houston announce the marriage of
their daughter, Heidi, to Jeffrey
Fischgrund, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Stephen Fischgrund of Bellmore,
N.Y.
Rabbi Samuel Karff and Cantor
George Wagner performed the
ceremony on Dec. 29 at the Inn on
the Park in Houston. A luncheon
followed.
The bride is the granddaughter
of Alvin Rov Rabhan of Myrtle
Beach, S.C., and the late Minnie
Herman Rabhan, and Mr. and
Mrs. Meyer Balser of Atlanta.
The bridegroom is the grandson
of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Leid-
erman of Montecello, N.Y., and
the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Fisch
grund of Miami.
The bride wore her mother’s
heirloom wedding gown. Elva
Heidi Fischgrund
Weatherford served as honor
attendant. Bridesmaids were Gin
ger Balser, Elizabeth Cooper,
Karen Dow, Jodv Fischgrund,
Karen Hyman, Laura Hyman,
Deena Leiderman, Karen Miller,
Andrea Sussman and Abby Vines.
Best man was Eric Aldrich.
Groomsmen were Jeffrey Balkan,
David Balser, Michael Balser,
Adam Berger, Jack Berkowitz,
Jared Fischgrund, Andrew Flas-
ter, Stuart Hermans, Lawrence
Oddo and Andrew Reich.
Assisting the bride at the recep
tion were Ania Battelstein, Mindy
Kandel, Lauren Kaufman and
Mallory McDade.
Following a honeymoon in
Hawaii, the couple lives in Falls
Church, Va.
