i The Steam-Boat Company
OF GEORGIA.
Under their act of incorporation by the last
Legislature, have unanimously resolved to
divide their Capital of Eight Hundred
Thousand Dollars, into sixteen hundred
shares of five hundred dollars each. Four
hundred shares, or one fourth of the whole
stock, on which fifty per cent or two hun
dred and fifty dultars have been paid in, are
held by the present stockholders, who will
