Valuable Proper Ip for Sale.
I t 'Hi. subscribers oilers lor sale all his
1- possessions in the town of Lexing
ton, Oglethorpe county, with the excep
tion of the house occupied as a store,
which is on the corner, and not connect
ed with the other buildings. 7'he silua
tionn is the most eligibl one in the town
for any kind of public business, being
immediately on llije main street, and
fronting the public square and court
house. The buildings consists of a large
and convenient dwelling house, suited to
the purpose of a tavern, and ha- been oc
cupied as such for many years. 7’he out
buildings are also calculated for a tavern,
and much better improved than most lots
in our up-country towns, besides the
dwelling house. 7'here is also another
house on the street, fronting the square,
with two rooms below, which may be
easily filled upas a store. The buildings
are in good repair. I here is also about
380 acres of land adjoining the town, 250
cleared and in good order, which can be
purchased with the town property, ifllie
purchaser should wish it. 7he subscri
ber being anxious to dispose of this pro
perty, will sell it at a reduced price, and
if required, will give a liberal r redit up
on any part, or even (lie whole of the
purchase money, if well secured in the
ultimate payment,
