gage to said Hudson, a tract of land lying in
the county of I.aureus, number three hundred
and twenfv-eight, in seventeenth district, (for
merly Wilkinson, now) Laurens county, for
the better securing the payment of the sum of
forty dollars, on the first day ot January, 1822 ;
and the said Kobert S. Duffy having failed t<*
pay the same according tt the terms of said
mortgage, and the said Benjamin Hudson imiy
ing the foreclosure of suid mortgage. It is there
fore Ordered, That the said Robert 8. Dully
and pay into the Clerk’s office of thin court, the
principal and interest due on suid moitgage,
within twelve months from this date, or the
Lipiity of redemption, in und to the said mort
gaged premises, w ill be, from thenceforth, for
ever burred and foreclosed ; and that the same
he. sold to pay said debt, interest and costs, in
