next, the subscriber w ill sell to
the highest bidder in the town of Ma
con,
All that body of Land where he
now lives,adjoining the reserve around
Macon, containing about seventeen
hundred acres, situate partly in Jones,
and partly in Bibb counties. There
are three Saw Mills and one Grist
Mill, all at different seats, beside a
comfortable dwelling house, and other
improvements on the land : and it will
trt divided to suit purchasers. The
Grist Mill and one Saw Mill will be
sold with that parcel where the dwell
ing house stands.
Asa situation for health and com
fort, it is excelled by but fe)v in the
state, and its proximity to the town of
Macon, where so much building is con
stantly going on renders the Mills im
mensely valuable.

the county of Laurens, number three hundred
and twenty-eight, in seventeenth district, (for
merly Wilkinson, now) Laurens county, for
tin; better securing the payment of the sum of
forty dollars, on the first day of January, 1822 ;
and the said Robert 8. Duffy having failed to
pay the saaie according to the terms of snid
mortgage, and the said Benjamin Hudson pruy
iii£ the foreclosure ot said mortgage. It is there
fore Ordered, That the said Robert S. Duffy
l do pay into the Clerk’s office of this court, the
principal and interest due on said mortgage,
within twelve months from this date, orlhe
l .ipiity of redemption, in mid to the said mort
gaged premises, svill be, from thenceforth, for
ever burred and foreclosed ; and that the suine
be sold to pay - aid debt, interest and costs, in
terms of the statute in such case made and
provided. Audit is further ordered, that a co

months before the money is to be paid in to
