of this Court, a true copy thereof,pray
ing the same to be established. On
motion of James Smith, his Council,
it is thereupon
ORDERED, That said copy deed
be established at the next term of this
Court, in lieu of said lost orignal ac
cording to the statute in such cases
made and provided, unless causes
should then and there be shewn to the
contrary: And, it is further ordered,
