Ezekiel Buffington, of Hull county, and State afore
said, that lie became the purchaser of a tract or parcel of
Land, situate and lying in the said county of Hall, known
ns No. 116, in the 12th (list, of said county, adjoining
lard of Smallwood and Floyd, which was the joint prop
erly of James Spier of Upson county, and of Harrison
Smith, Isle of Uushcll county, Alabama, deceased ; and
that the said Hurrison Smith died, before the said James
Spier as hi* ntlomcv, under a regular power did or
could make a deed (or the part or interest ofthe said
deceased, to the same. On motion, ordered thut Roht.

make titles agreeably to the said power of attorney, at
