Upon the application ofLittleton Jonston, Guardian of j
Hiram G. Joliiiston, stating that he has bad a final set
tlement with his ward, and prays letters of dismission
from his guardianship.
It is ordered by the Court that this rule be published
in the Georgia .Messenger foity days, and at the next
regular term of the court after the expiration ol said
term, letters of dismission will be grunted to Littictofi
Johnston, guardian as aforesaid, unless cause to the con
trary be. shown.
