.LIVERY STABLE.
The subscriber has
opened a Livery Stable in Ala-
eon, at the extreme nortbwent
"part of the town; where he lies,
and intends to keep, tor the use of all those who may
please to favor him with a call, first-rate Saddle Hur
ses, Gigs and Gig-Horses, Sulkey Carriages, Ba
rouches, and Match-Horses, of the first order. His
charges will he in unison with the times. He has at-
ready been at much expense in procuring (and is dai
ly continuing to get) such Horses. Gigs, and Car
riages as will, he hopes, add to the conilort, case and
convenience of not only the man of business but of
pleasure. No attention shall be wanting to please a
generous public I will however add, by wny of doing
away some false impressions, and / wish it to be dis
t nelly understood too, that, in hiring, 1 do not give Ii
cence to kill my Horses or break my Carriages, but
shall hold each and evory individual responsible for
all (he damages that accrue, ordinary wear and tare
only excepted: for I hold it as legal, equitable and
reasonable, for every man to pay for bis own folly,
imprudence or. misfortune, as the case may he. And
atl those who have the ordinary feeling's for man’s
most serviceable animal, 1 invite to call ai my Livery
Stable, where every exertion, care and cx|iensc will
be made for their coinlort and convenience—where,
at all times daring the day, they will find some one
ready to serve them. Horses will also be kept by the
day.wgek month, year, and forever—by the day. 50
cents—day and night, 50 cents—week, 3 dollars—liv
the month. 10 dollars—by the year, (payable in ad
vance quarterly) 100 dollars—and forever, nothine.
Also a WAGON-YARD will be open, after tbe
1st day of August, and HORSE-LOTH, fitted up,
and intended for Drovers, the use of which can be
had on accommodating terms, but at (lie risk of the
] owners of the hones or mules. Corq and fodder can
at airtimes be had at market prices; and every atten
tion neccssanr will be rendered for the benefit of all.
